I believe the Google Sheet that you connect to must
 have a sheet titled "Sheet1"
Can the user define the name of the sheet instead?  Sheet1 can be the default.
I'd like to title mine "Workout Log" for example.

Ahh when I converted my existing spreadsheet into this format I had my workout log on the second sheet. I can confirm this works as you say :)

I don't have "Sheet1" hardcoded, but the code does assume it will be the first sheet. I've just renamed my first sheet and it still works...
